Each Moment You're Alive - Parties 

FUN-Raise with

  • The reservation price to your supporters is typically $35-$45

  •  We will adjust our price to $25 per person and donate the difference of each ticket to your organization.

  • We require a minimum of 10 people per event.

  • Maximum capacity of event is 50 guests or fewer, depending on the venue.

  • We require 4 weeks notice to host your event.

  • Party will last about 3-Hours.

  • The Facilitator will provide step-by-step instructions and all the art supplies.

  • Each guest will go home with a 12 x 12 Masterpiece!

  • Each Moment We're Alive will process your donation within 6 weeks.

Schedule a Day or an Evening party

  • Food/Beverage minimums and room fees vary by location.

  • We do require that the tables and chairs are set-up prior to our arrival.

  • We handle all transactions for the event. A $500 deposit is required to reserve the date and location.

  • Deposit is refundable as a credit towards a future event if at least 14 days cancellation notice is given.

  • Deposit is NOT refundable and credit will not be given if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event
