The reservation price to your supporters is typically $35-$45

We will adjust our price to $25 per person and donate the difference of each ticket to your organization.

We require a minimum of 10 people per event.

Maximum capacity of event is 50 guests or fewer, depending on the venue.

We require 4 weeks notice to host your event.

Party will last about 3-Hours.

The Facilitator will provide step-by-step instructions and all the art supplies.

Each guest will go home with a 12 x 12 Masterpiece!

Each Moment We're Alive will process your donation within 6 weeks.

Food/Beverage minimums and room fees vary by location.

We do require that the tables and chairs are set-up prior to our arrival.

We handle all transactions for the event. A $500 deposit is required to reserve the date and location.

Deposit is refundable as a credit towards a future event if at least 14 days cancellation notice is given.

Deposit is NOT refundable and credit will not be given if the event is cancelled within 14 days of the event
