Survivorship Program

L.A.N.D - Survivorship Program

The Living A New Day, L.A.N.D. Survivorship Program is a guided program that helps individuals create positive outcomes for their future, by providing a step-by-step process, knowledge, and skills to thrive in a new normal after a cancer diagnosis. Our program empowers individuals not only to survive but also to thrive, by offering valuable resources and strategies to live sustainably after their diagnosis.

Welcome to Living A New Day!

If you're here, chances are cancer has changed your life. L.A.N.D. (Living A New Day, A New Norm) was created to help you move beyond surviving to thriving. Through practical tools, guided support, and connection with fellow survivors, you'll rediscover your strength, purpose, and confidence for life after cancer.

With love and gratitude,

Cindy

Who is the program for?

  • The program is designed to be used by a variety of populations:

  • For women who have completed their initial treatment for cancer

  • For women who will be in long-term treatment

  • For women in transition seeking a new direction and purpose in life.

How it Works

L.A.N.D. (Living A New Day, A New Norm) Survivorship Program gives you the tools, guidance, and support to move from surviving to thriving. Through eight engaging modules, you'll build confidence, rediscover purpose, and create a meaningful path forward after cancer.

More Than Surviving. It's Time to Live Again.

Finishing cancer treatment is a milestone, but it doesn't always feel like the end of the journey. Many survivors face fear of recurrence, lingering side effects, changing relationships, and uncertainty about what comes next.

The L.A.N.D. Program (Living A New Day) helps you bridge the gap between treatment ending and living life with confidence again.

This isn't just another online course. Through practical tools, guided lessons, and the support of fellow survivors, you'll build healthy routines, rediscover your purpose, and learn to navigate life after cancer—one step at a time.

Created by survivors, for survivors, L.A.N.D. is more than a program. It's a community where you'll find understanding, encouragement, and hope as you begin living your new day.

Because surviving was only the beginning. Now it's time to begin Living A New Day.

Testimonials

I feel that I came out a better person after this experience and met people I may have not met otherwise.

Lisa D.

Cindy has a great mind and I'm thankful she creative this after Care group because it's desperately needed. We have nothing else here in this area for people like us. We need support, we need to have a place where we feel comfortable even if we can't go every week at least we can check in every week or get emails or Facebook or phone calls or texts. We need this. Others will need this. Local is good.

Irvinia S.

Leaders were great. It was beneficial to have multiple “veterans” in attendance to provide differing perspectives and experiences.

Meggan M

I found the event to be very informative in so many ways. Subject matter, the way in which it was presented and the comfortable and friendly atmosphere of each and every session. I found that all of us women were experiencing a lot of the same feelings and it was so good to be able to share those feelings with others who understood. It also helped with confidence!

Why not start...

I remember the day I heard those words "you've got cancer" the uncertainties, the unknown. I felt alone and lost. Since my diagnosis I have partnered with singer,-songwriter Debra Lynn Alt and many other women. Together we have carved a path of purpose to help lighten this challenging road for others. I learned new skills and have applied what I've learned to help others not only get through, but grow and add new meaning to our newly altered lives, otherwise referred to as "just not the same".

With love and gratitude,

Cindy
